Senator Coghill stated, in accordance with Uniform Rule 48(b),                                                                  
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 1 Proposing amendments to the                                                                       
Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to the Alaska permanent                                                            
fund, establishing the earnings reserve account, and relating to the                                                            
permanent fund dividend, shall automatically be moved to the next                                                               
committee of referral (page 2501).                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
The resolution was referred to the Finance Committee.
